        Could be worn on the shoulders or off the shoulders. I sized down for a tighter fit on my shoulders to keep it in place better.

        Beautiful blouse

        I wish the description said it ran big. I would size down if you decide to buy this. Ladies that are a small. I personally thought it was WAY to big. I love the colors and polka dots. I just wish it came in a xsmall
