Returns Portal

To access our returns portal to process your return please click the button below.

The Item:

  • Make sure there are no make-up or deodorant stains, animal hair or cigarette smoke odor.
  • Products can’t be worn, altered or washed.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box.
  • Shoe boxes must be returned inside another box or a protective mailer. [Ie. you cannot tape the shoe box shut and stick a label on it]

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Any time a coupon code/perk of 25% off or greater was used on the order.
  • Any item in the sale/clearance section.
  • Any item marked down or discounted greater than 25% off the original price (includes BOGO items)
  • Shoes without the original box 

No exceptions or exchanges. Gift Cards can’t be returned or refunded.

Store Credit: Your item must be received or postmarked* within 30** days from the date you order was placed for domestic orders. International orders have 45** days. You will receive an e-gift card once your return has been processed to the email you checked out with. 

Refund:  Your item must be received or postmarked* within 14** days of the order date to receive a full refund for domestic orders. International orders have 25** days. Once we process your return please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Shipping paid on the original order is non-refundable and you will not receive a credit for it. 

*Postmarked means it has been accepted and scanned in at the post office. Simply creating a label does not count.

How do I ship my return?
  1. Use the Return Portal [recommended for single order returns] to print off a pre-paid shipping label and give to your usps carrier. Label cost is $4.95 for packages under 16 ounces and $9.95 for packages 16 ounces or greater. That cost will be deducted from your return. 1 Label = 1 Order

    When returning items via the return portal, do NOT combine multiple orders into one box/mailer or the weight will be incorrect and we will have to charge you for the additional shipping cost that is charged to us by the USPS. 
  2. Ship it yourself [ideal for returning multiple orders or international customers] via the carrier of your choice. Return address: The Pulse Boutique, 1503 North 13 Ave E Newton, Iowa 50208.

    **Please get a tracking number to track your package. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return please allow 2-5 business for it to be processed.

If a return is received without specifying a refund or store credit, store credit will be automatically given.

My item is faulty can I return it?

PLEASE inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt.

If you believe you have received something defective please contact us within 3 days of order receipt at support@thepulseboutique.com so we can address the issue.

If it has been longer than 3 days, tags have been removed or item has been worn or washed it becomes ineligible for replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed.

***If more than $800 of returns are made within a calendar year, a 20% restocking/shipping/handling fee will be deducted from each return moving forward. We do our best to help you decide on the size you need before ordering by providing measurements in the product description of each item. Please reach out to our support team before ordering multiple sizes of one item so we can help you get the best fit.  Effective Oct. 16th, 2017.
