Description

These are a pre-packaged mixture of tops and dresses that are 2nds. Some may contain all tops and some may contains some tops and dresses.

2nds are items with slight defects. All items are very wearable and the defect is usually quite small.

All bags are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

**Each bag will be unique. We cannot accept any personalized sizing/color/style requests on grab bags.

Shipping Timeline - Orders generally ship within 1-4 business days. Anytime there is a sale shipping times maybe be slightly delayed. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working.

        Once we hand your package off to the post office it is out of our control as to how fast it gets to you (even when priority mail is chosen) and the post office is now responsible for it. If you have questions as to the location of your package or why it hasn't arrived yet you will need to contact your local post office.

        Customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at support@thepulseboutique.com. 

        We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. If you are worried about theft please upgrade to signature protection so a package can't be left unattended.

        My sister and I have ordered 2 grabs bags each. We always order the 6 item option and since we wear the same size, we go through and split according to our tastes. We usually end up with 4-5 items each that we really love and 1 item each that is a miss. But at the price, it’s worth the risk. I feel like Pulse does a great job!

        Pulse states that they can’t take requests, but I put some on my December order anyway. For the most part they listened. It’s nice to know that even though they can’t guarantee a specific style, they do try to find something you’ll love. They will keep me as a customer for sure!

        Not my favorites...was hoping for winter floral and

        plaid items...only really liked the sparkle elbow patch

        long sleeve.

        ...Wished I could of commented on what my favorite

        prints were...may purchase again if I can say what I

        like....thanks :)

        I requested tops only but received a dress. The tops I did receive were not cute at all. I thought they’d be things that had been on the website previously but I’ve never seen any of those...
