Each grab bag contains 3 items ideal for the Fall & Winter seasons.

These grab bags are tops only and may consist of a mix of layering pieces, graphic tees, long sleeve tops, cardigans, sweaters, and crew necks.
These items are never before seen styles, sample items, and lightly modeled items.
We cannot take special requests as these are pre-packaged.
By ordering a grab bag, you take the risk of receiving an item you may have already purchased in the past. We cannot exchange these items.
Each grab bag is a mix, but if you order more than 1, we can't guarantee there won't be a duplicate item.

Shipping for orders under $50 is $4.95 and non refundable. If this option is used your item will ship USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping Timeline - Orders generally ship within 1-4 business days. Anytime there is a sale shipping times maybe be slightly delayed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working.

Economy [Ground Advantage] 3-5 Day Shipping up to $100 Insurance from USPS

U.S. Orders $400+ will be shipped via UPS ground and will require a signature delivery.

The Pulse Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been delivered.

Once we hand your package off to the post office it is out of our control as to how fast it gets to you (even when priority mail is chosen) and the post office is now responsible for it. If you have questions as to the location of your package or why it hasn't arrived yet you will need to contact your local post office.

Customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at support@thepulseboutique.com.

We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. If you are worried about theft please upgrade to signature protection so a package can't be left unattended.

Good purchase.
The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is that I got the same sweatshirt as I did in a spring/summer grab bag. I also got two sweaters. One was light weight and the other a little heavier weight. The sizing of all 3 garments were correct. True XS.

Good price point, not sure I’ll do it again though
I do want to start by saying that it is a good deal for 3 shirts. One shirt I liked and the 2nd was just okay. The third shirt was not my style at all. I knew it was a gamble before I committed. :)
