What is Pulse Perks?
Pulse Perks is our way of thanking all of our Loyal Customers! You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to get free gifts, exclusive discounts, priority shipping and more!
Who can join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.
My Pulse Perks Account
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
I have multiple store accounts or email addresses I use, can they be combined?
We offer a one time complimentary account merge that will put all of your points under the email address of your choosing. After the complimentary merge, we are unable to combine any other accounts.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
Using my Points
How do I view my point balance?
After you sign in, your points are visible in the lower right hand corner of your screen or by clicking on the Pulse Perks icon in the menu.
How do I redeem my points?
Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
What can I redeem my points for?
To see what current rewards are available, click on ‘get rewards’ on the left hand side of your Pulse Perks account. Rewards will be updated and changed regularly, so be sure to check back!
How do I redeem my points for a free gift?
Gifts must be redeemed with a regular purchase. Follow the instructions under the ‘’How do I redeem my points’’ question and make sure you have a paid item in your cart.
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
- Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This applies to purchases and referrals. Points from purchases will be approved after 14 days. This is in case an order is returned or refunded. If you return your order after your points for that purchase have been approved, they will be removed from your account.
- Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel or return a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
Will I keep my points if my order is returned or cancelled?
No, any points for that purchase will be removed from your account when the order is cancelled or returned.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If you placed an order, points for a purchase are pending for 14 days.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your points under the ‘Get Rewards’ tab in your Pulse Perks account.
Can I cancel/return a reward or gift?If a reward or gift has already been used it cannot be returned. All gifts are final sale and cannot be exchanged. If the reward/gift has not been applied to an order you may cancel it by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
How to Get Points for Referring Friends
How do I refer a friend?
Under your Pulse Perks account on the left hand side there is an option that says ‘Refer friends’. From there you can share the link or copy and paste it to your friends. They must checkout through the link in order for you to receive credit. NO exceptions to this rule.
I referred a friend, but don’t see my points?
In order to receive points for referring a friend they must be a new customer to Pulse and have an order value over $30. Points for referrals are pending for 14 days.
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
