Orders Over $65 USD Ship Free! 

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via Asendia & USPS (unless otherwise stated in the product description). You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped. Once your package goes through customs it is handed off to your local mail delivery service and they make the final delivery.

Please note we have no control over how fast a package moves through customs. 

Please allow up to 12 hours for your tracking number to start working. Shipping prices are determined by your order weight. 

  • Asendia/USPS First Class International Under 3lbs: Takes 7-21 days to arrive at your door. A tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Packages are not insured. Costs $8
  • Asendia/USPS First Class International OVER 3 LBS: Takes 7-21 days to arrive at your door. A tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Packages are not insured. Costs $15. 
 We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.  You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to a incorrect address you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at support@thepulseboutique.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
If your tracking number says ''Attempted Delivery, Item being Held While Addressee is Contacted" that means it is being held by the post office until you contact them.
 
All of these shipping costs DO NOT include duties and taxes that your country may charge you upon the arrival of your package. These are taxes levied by your country and we have no way of estimating what they way be or if you will be charged. 
If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package at support@thepulseboutique.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. 
*Please Note our prices are set in USD. There is an option to change it to your local currency in the top right hand corner.
Checkout is shown in USD since we are a US based company, but your card will be charged the current exchange rate by your cc processor.
