I was really excited for my first order from Pulse, but I’m highly disappointed. I didn’t even get to wear the cardigan before the color washed right out of it. I always wash new clothes before wearing and followed the exact instructions on the label (cold water, lay flat to dry), yet it came out with blotchy, uneven color all over.
I immediately emailed their support team with pictures and asked for a refund or replacement — we’ll see if they respond. Unfortunately, this being my very first purchase makes the experience even more frustrating, and I don’t plan to shop here again.
